Carlos Recinos is the founder of Team Symmetry Coaching and an IFBB/NPC prep coach with more than 12 years in bodybuilding. He helps men and women bring their best to the stage through individualized contest preparation built around their goals, experience, and physique.
His coaching approach combines structure, accountability, clear communication, and attention to detail. From first-time competitors to professional athletes, every client receives the individual guidance and consistent support needed to arrive prepared, confident, and undeniable.
